“ I arrived early because I work about two miles from the place. I ended up eating alone because nobody showed up. I find it sad that even the person that planned the event did not bother to show up. this was my first time at an event with this group. I will honestly say that I will have to think long and hard before attending another event with this group. I had also signed up to go to the event that followed at Bent Tree church but decided that if I went I would be sitting alone since nobody bothered to even show up to eat why would they bother to come introduce themselves if I showed up at the church. No Thanks. It would have been nice to at least receive an e-mail saying the event was being called off. ”
