Meeting Monday nightS in Southlake to relax with Daniel D'Neuville, long term meditator, Master Hypnotist and trainer in NLP.

We will explore a variety of meditation techniques from breathwork, guided meditation, compassion meditation and mindfulness, as well as a variety of other stress reduction techniques to assist you in reclaiming your mind and health.

In simplest terms, meditation is mind training.

Training your mind to go where you want it to go, focus, and concentrate... or go into neutral.

As part of the process you will build rapport between your mind and body enhancing the flow of communication to where there is very little distinction about where the mind ends and the body begins (body/mind).

NOTE: Bring a mat or blanket to lay on the floor, and a small pillow or small towel you can roll up and place under your neck.
