I have attended the QS conference at Stanford, and am an avid self-tracker. I am very interested in the QS community in the DFW area, including potential business relationships.
I hope to understand the QS community, activities, and businesses involved in QS in the DFW area, and contribute to the discussion of the QS movement.
I track information on health, mostly physical health - and my wine collection. I currently track steps, stairs, calories eaten and burned, sleep, snoring, pulse, bp, weight, lean/fat, BMI, appearance, posture, supplements and medications, running stats (time/distance/pace/heartrate/path), sets and reps of weightlifting, locations visited, meditation periods, and sometimes mood. I also keep a pretty detailed record of the wines in our homes in Los Angeles, Austin, and Mexico City, as well as the wines we drink when we're at restaurants.
This group was an "also" group when I signed up on the Dallas QS Meetup page.
I'm a US expat, living in Mexico City, with frequent visits to the Dallas area. I work in the business of technology and wireless communications.
