  • April 1, 2014 · 6:30 PM

Agile. Coach. Two words with many interpretations. Bring them together, and there is even more ambiguity. Many are calling themselves "Agile Coach" today. But what does it mean? Find out what industry leaders think about Agile Coaching and how you can up your coaching game to better serve your clients, both internal and external.

Daniel Gullo, CSC and CST, is going to be in Dallas next week, and we are excited to have him join the discussion at this social event at the NYLO hotel bar.

Outside the comfort zone networking is the elevator speech that one practices to perfect. Works for me in having my own business or finding work to be able to just start up a conversation.

I really appreciate that feedback, Robert. Initially, I had envisioned more of a presentation styled format. However, due to the short notice and venue challenges, it morphed into a meet and greet.

I did not care for the format, or at least it did not match the title of the event. If it was just labeled as a "Scrum Meet and Greet", which is what the event was to me, then the event was wildly successful.

Thanks to everyone who showed up!! I really enjoyed meeting "all y'all". We had some great conversations around coaching and enterprise transformations. I met many passionate Agilists. Many thanks to Allison for helping to set this up on such short notice.

I am looking forward to the next time I will be in town so that we can continue on with great conversations! In the meantime, let's all stay in touch online.

I will be back to deliver this class: http://bit.ly/1jzQePd If you know anyone who is interested, we have group discounts. Also, here's what my classes look like: http://bit.ly/1gDZah4 Here's what people have to say: http://bit.ly/1n2XQbE

I looked for the address but could not find it. My GPS was of no help either. A description of the building or a landmark would have helped.

Great topic that I would definitely want to be a part of but I won't be able to make it in time.

Very much interested in finding out if an "Agile Coach" is really an Agile Coach.

Great Timing!! I am actually traveling the following week to start coaching an internal team. This is my first formal coaching assignment and although I feel ready and prepared, I bet this discussion will get me even more prepared and hopefully build my confidence more as well.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
