Just FYI; I've posted the outcome of the breakout session I lead on my blog 'What's In Your Playbook'; http://agileorganizations.wordpress.com/2012/07/21/whats-in-your-agile-playbook-2/

Thanks for great meeting and answers to my question about how to handle changes during a sprint.

I'm a big fan of small but highly interactive group discussions so the 'Open Space' style break-outs ensured that everyone moved to the topic of greatest interest to them. Lots of good ideas and experiences were shared. The 'Bradley Bug Chart' and 'Bradley Scope Change Chart's alone were worth the time spent.

I enjoyed the break-out sessions and the report afterwards. I look forward to these events each month. I feel like I'm part of the Scrum community.

Sounds good, John. I plan to be there. I was inspired by the upcoming meeting to also create a chart specifically for mid sprint scope changes. You can see it at: http://www.scrumcrazy.com/scope Note that these are just *example* strategies, not some one-size-fits-all- approach.

Charles, I would be happy attend your break out session on this subject.

I would be happy to lead a break out session on this topic. I have a flow chart I use to help me decide how to handle changes such as production support and bugs mid-sprint. More info here: http://www.scrumcrazy.com/bugs There are a couple of scenarios that are not part of the chart but would still fall under this meeting topic, and I could speak to those as well.
