My clients in Dallas and Irving, TX are looking for a Sr. Project Manager, Two (2) .NET Developers and Three (3) Java/Oracle Developers for both Fulltime and Contracts for 12mo+ project.

Sr. Project Manager - Location: Dallas, TX - Interview and start immediately
Senior PM contractor with Web projects experience (ATG and/or .NET would be great in both Agile and Waterfall) that can also manage a project dev team, third party vendors (onsite, local and off-shore), and is good at interfacing with our Business Partners … he/she would also be good at project budgeting and IT accounting, since the current Senior PM also helps me on this.

Position #1 - (1 Direct Hire ) - Location: Near Downtown Dallas, TX
.NET Developer to help maintain and extend software applications utilizing SharePoint, SQL Server and Oracle in a fast paced environment. The .NET developer is responsible for developing Microsoft .NET web-based applications and will develop specifications, code, unit test and debug programs using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. The applicant will use application lifecycle management incorporating agile values. They will contribute to projects through the entire software development life cycle from architecture to production release, including implementation. Other responsibilities include:
Develop database code using SQL, T-SQL and PL/SQL as well as design and implement the components required for complex application features.
" Develop and support new web-based applications and use application lifecycle management toolsets.
" Build WCF, classic web and windows services.
" Handle complex application features and technical designs.
" May lead and direct the work of others and/or serve as Project Lead
" Write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections.
o Working knowledge of relational databases and client-server concepts.
o Ability to adhere to predefined development processes and practices in a corporate environment.
o Manage complex application features and technical designs.
o Related bachelor's degree preferably Computer Science or Engineering disciplines.
o Experience with object oriented analysis, design and development.
o Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communications skills.
o Programming experience working with C#, ASP.NET and Visual Studio.
o Proficient with SQL Server 2008, implementing Microsoft technologies, including the development of stored procedures.

Position #2 ( 1- Direct Hire Position ) - Location: Irving, TX
Job Requirements & Essential Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. If no degree, equivalent experience (1 years of experience = 1 year of college) will be considered.
7+ years technical experience is required.
Position requires a senior developer with the following minimum skill set:
5+ years in C# .NET development
2+ years SQL (SQL Server)
1+ years AJAX
1+ years ADO.NET
Work for a small team, must be a solid Web Developer with Web Forms, Winforms only a plus, this is a small team and need someone that is quite good at all areas for web development, IIS configuration, some SSL experience, some database experience a plus
Windows Forms C# development
The applicant must be highly proficient at n-tier application development using a Microsoft toolset and able to show significant work history doing so.
Must exhibit solid understanding of OO principles and design.
Design, develop, test, debug, and modify features or enhancements to new and existing software systems.
Works with other technical staff to understand and to develop new software features and applications.
Works closely with product management and engineering staff to analyze client needs and software requirements to determine product goals, specifications, feasibility of design within time, cost, and performance constraints.
Writes and maintains design documentation.
Provides technical assistance to other departments troubleshooting software issues as the need arises.
The current architecture is C#, .NET v4.0, Windows forms, web forms, WCF, ADO.NET, n-tier applications utilizing SQL Server, and Oracle database platforms.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who operates will under minimal supervision, exceptionally diligent about checking their own work, and possesses excellent communication skills. Senior level position acts as technical or team leader, handles complex problems regularly, has wide latitude for independent judgment, and acts as consultant to management.
