Warm sake of course, but during the day a nice sharp green tea.
I used to be a hardcore purist and kept to mostly sashimi and/or nigiri-zushi accompanied by a bowl of udon & tempura, but lately have become a fan of the diverse rolls, especially with eel, crab & avocado. Some of the fusion rolls are good as well... Anyone know a place that serves Korean saengson-hoe???
Been eating sushi for years, but now I hear people talking about it like it's a new thing... ah, brings back wonderful memories...
Um, sushi & sake... need I say more?? BUAHAHAHAHAHA...
