Tackling the Investor's Biggest Challenge: FINDING THE WINNING DEALS!

 

An investor can’t invest until he or she has properties to evaluate, and as we often hear from successful investors, you make your money when you buy. The process of lead generation is one of the most important to a real estate investor, and this month, our guest speaker will be marketing expert, business coach, rehabber and Realtor Kathy Gilmore. Kathy will share some of her secrets in reaching motivated sellers, and we will have an inter-active session where the audience shares their techniques as well. This is a must attend meeting if you want to learn a key piece of the real estate investment business.

Networking will take place both before and after the meeting.

Please remember to bring your deals, as well as your DIG membership cards.
