The process of lead generation is one of the most important to a real estate investor, and this month, our guest speaker will be marketing expert, business coach, rehabber and Realtor Kathy Gilmore. Kathy will share some of her secrets in reaching motivated sellers, and we will have an inter-active session where the audience shares their techniques as well.
