Bio, Tech and Beyond Lab Tour March 14th at 6PM

So what exactly is Bio, Tech and Beyond? What equipment do we have? What sorts of experiments could you do here? Join us March 14th at 2351 Faraday Ave, Carlsbad 92008 for a tour of the lab and a demonstration of how our equipment works. Talk to San Diego’s DIYbio crowd about how you can use our community lab to advance your project or learn more about science.

We will be providing hors d’oeuvres and refreshments, and a chance to be part of the planning for this exciting space.

If you can help to clean and set up equipment this week and next week, please let us know.

We probably have enough equipment there to make and test biochips so recently I have been annotating commercial antibodies with Uniprot, and after Kevin's talk I jotted down some rare diseases and to see how many antibodies we got. I setup a type of disease search and online biochip designer tool. Check it out if you are curious
