How did you hear about us?

I heard about the DIY Bio movement through a TED Talks video and investigated for local involvement.

What sort of events do you expect from DIYbio San Diego?

How would you describe your lab experience?

I have had many Biology and Chemistry labs in college. I have had bacteriology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry and I currently volunteer in a research lab at UCSD on algae biofuels. I am really good at growing cultures, PCRs, and running gels.

I am a native San Diegan. Moved up to Humboldt State University for five years to get my B.S in Biology. I moved back over a year ago and went through a certificate program at UCSD focused on Bio-fuels. Now I work part time and volunteer at UCSD
