You can network with people who are attending the event to obtain contacts. I recommend you go on the efactor website and network with those that have RSVP.

The problem I have found is people in the the District contract office will not return phone calls and are not helpful. I was told you need to know someone. Will you be providing names of contacts. Process I know, people I need to meet to get me in some doors.
