February Robotics Meetup

      Sorry you can't attend this monthly. The meetup has returned to a Monthly schedule on the 3rd Saturday of each month. But we will not be holding our meetup in March because it conflicts with setup for the Nova Mini Maker Faire. Many of our members will exhibiting at that Maker Faire and I encourage all to attend.

    I've been debating the merits of a robot/bug based sentry system. This is where 1 or 2 robots run around each floor of the house and act as sentries as part of a swarm. When one robot detects an object moving around the house that it doesn't recognize, it then alerts the others, and sends live video of the intruder to its C&C unit, which in turn forwards the feeds to me to my phone. A bit SciFi, but an idea that keeps me up late tinkering -- not that all my other projects don't...
