Come join a group of entrepreneurs, startupers, developers and have a good time discussing tech in startups. This month meetup also include a talk by Bassam Tabbara, Co-founder & CTO of Symform on using Mono & .NET on a Linux environment.
About the talk:
Using .NET in a startup environment typically means taking a dependency on Windows. With mono, the open source .NET implementation, that is no longer necessary. Come hear how Symform has had success deploying mono and getting the benefits of both .NET and the Linux ecosystem. We will cover some of the lessons learned in making mono work well in a production environment.
