You've seen the film (if you haven't then you need to!), and this is your chance to have a go at it yourself! Yep, dodgeball! You don't have wear the dodgy gear - although you can if you want - but you do get the chance to throw balls at your friends and also at complete strangers! It's for lads and gals, games are generally mixed, with the emphasis on fun, getting a bit fitter and meeting new people.

The balls are not as hard as on the film, it actually doesn't hurt but if you're like us you'll spend most of the session laughing - it really is hilarious and also a surprisingly good workout.
