Liat: The Vision Board concept is based on the Law of Attraction which is described quite well in the DVD "The Secret". It basically says, "what we think about, we bring about". You can view about 10 minutes of "The Secret" on youtube.com. It is a really great introduction. Personally I believe that the more we work towards what we DO want in our lives and stop worrying so much about what we don't want, we move forward in a positive and inspiring way. The vision board is inspiring.

Liat, Glad to see you are going to make it. Although it is a small group, it will still be a great workshop. If you prefer to attend a larger group, there is one this Saturday.
