I used to work in Detroit, and I invest there too. I checked out a few posts and profiles, and I saw some good stuff.

Do you need help starting or buying a business or real estate investment?

No, but I'd like to find some people who are looking for one (see below).

What resource can you bring to DREEM that will benefit others?

I collaborate with several investors who are looking for some interesting projects to fund; please feel free to contact me for more info.

What immediate interest would you like DREEM to focus on or help you with?

I'm looking for a commercial and residential agent/broker who is open to doing deals with creative financing. He/she doesn't have to know how to structure them; I can do that. I'll also do cash deals with him/her.

Do you need help on any matter related to entrepreneurship, finance, real estate, community improvement, or political engagement?

Yes, I'd like to get in contact with the planning and zoning department(s), and I'm not sure whether I'll need to do this separately for Wayne, Macomb, Oakland, and Washtenaw counties.
