As a Private Mortgage Lender I would like to help real estate investors in need of financing to purchase and rehab investment houses in and around Detroit and 1st Mortgage Note buyers in search of local Investment Notes.

No, I am a Private Money Mortgage Lender.

What resource can you bring to DREEM that will benefit others?

I can help real estate investors who are buying bank-owned houses as an investment and real estate agents and brokers in need of alternative financing for their investment buyers.
