Mountain Bike the Telluride Trails (ski uplift)

  • Sep 7, 2013 · 10:00 AM

Mountain Bike uplift is free on the Telluride Gondola, just sign a waiver with them. Many trails. Get there and mountain bike all day. I can carry one bike in my Subaru, with one bike on top. (Mine) This will be just a day to get out and explore the trails - While the trail map shows it as being technical, I don't remember it being too bad. These are NOT beginner trails, sure, but I don't remember any jumping down boulders or anything. I've gone on pretty much all these trails, and there are many other trails not shown - we can just have fun.

If weather rains the day before or during Saturday, we will reschedule. (Muddy trails suck)

Very tempting, if you end up not going I'll ride local with you I'm new to town too.

Sounds great, but maybe a lil too advanced for me? Or it might be too advanced for my bike! Lol

Keep in mind that's the same day as the 40th running of the Imogene Pass Run. Shouldn't impact the ski hill itself though.
