What leadership role do you play in your organization?

Agile coach

What's your level of experience with Agile development?

Expert. I've been leading development projects using an Agile approach since 2001 and have been coaching and supporting Agile adoptions and improvement efforts since 2002.

What goals would you like to achieve by participating in the Dallas Agile Leadership Network?

There is scant information and support for leaders in our community to overcome the really difficult stuff you won't find in textbooks. The kinds of things that are unique to organizations and require creative solutions to affect change. My goal with the Dallas ALN is to forge relationships with other leaders, leverage learning and experience, and develop new ways to achieve the goals we're all seeking; sustained high performing agility within our respective organizations.

I'm a former developer, lead architect, and manager of software development teams. Currently, I coach, mentor, and instruct other leaders and teams in the capacity of 'Agile Coach'.
