I am not sure how to answer this. I am seeking to apply the science of forensics to positive human experience and build a better predictive model. I have done forensics for almost 20 years.
I am exploring the concept of Corporate DNA as it relates to Talent Identification, Talent Optimization and Talent Acquisition. Also how to understand more re corporate culture in terms of health, performance, branding, vision and values.
How to build a better predictive model and understand how to work with some of the amazing data and social scientist I have on an education project I am working on.
