When I started in the UX field in 1995, I was a webmaster. Most of my real job was to interpret the technical side for the marketing folks and making sure that we fulfilled the marketing folks requests with the new web site. What it really turned out to be was a content mission! When I worked at Scient, I started out as a content strategist... and I still consider part of what I do to be content strategy related. How do we get the right information to the user when, where they want it!
It's already a large part of what I do.
I'd like to learn more about the tools that the current content strategists use. We're working on a large content project and I'd like to better understand what others are doing.
N. Dallas and I work in Richardson.
I'm an audience detective and user experience architect. I work to make software more usable for the audience that is intended to use it. I've worked as an info architect, figuring out the best way to present content in the most meaningful way.
