Sometimes it is helpful for me to reflect on my life trajectory. How have I changed? Which patterns in my life are working well? Which ones are not? If I continue in this direction, where am I going? During our meeting Liz made the observation that it is important to keep our focus on the present moment, on the now. I agree. The current moment is the ony one that we live in. Not allowing ourselves to be trapped by our past, we turn to face the future of our own choosing. The actions that we take today are the fulfillment of what we will become. This relection reminded me of the lyrics from the 1975 Diana Ross song "Theme from Mahogany (Do You Know Where You're Going To)"

I am going to have bigger challenges in life. As I learn and grow, life will put my knowledge to test; only a man of meditation can pass with peace.

We studied Dao De Jing Chapter 29 in this meeting on[masked]-09. The Chinese New Year begins on the following day (Sunday,[masked]), and it seemed appropriate to reflect on Chapter 29 which talks about things that are old and things that are new.

    Location, Location. Location. LOL!
Too far, and it's not possible on Saturdays.
But, I missed the last and would be very interested in attending this one.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
