Yes this is Cinco De Mayo, but early enough that you will still be able to party :-)
Silly name, great food! Recipient of numerous Best Of awards, that hang on their wall. Every time I come here it is always pleasant. It is on 75 between Belt Line and Arapaho, exit Arapaho, and go (or U turn) due south on the service road.
They typically have a nice mix of meat and meatless choices, and a small selection of desserts. Rather than a smorgasbord of mediocre food, they put out a dozen or so hot items and do them exceptionally well. Examples of what I've had there include tandoori chicken, vegetable biryani, chana masala, beef vindaloo, sag paneer, and other popular Indian favorites. Lunch buffet is $9.95 . They also have a full menu if you desire that instead.
