This is the first of our wine dinner series to discover Dallas restaurants with exceptional wine lists.
I am posting the menu for the FT33 dinner below but please note that there may be some minor changes on the evening of the dinner as they use only what's in season and change their menu items quite frequently. Ryan will pair each course with a different wine for us.
The price for the dinner including the wine is $90 + tax and tip. If you are joining us, please RSVP on our website, send me an email at [masked] with your and your guests' full name and your phone number. Your seat will be guaranteed only after I confirm with you personally. Ryan has very kindly agreed to let us pay at the restaurant after the dinner instead of taking advance reservations so please make sure to let me know if your plans change.

For full disclosure, I would like you to know that I will be paying the same price as everybody else and I receive no compensation in any form from this restaurant for organizing this dinner.
