St. Martin's Day

Celebrate St. Martin's Day with us!

St. Martin's Day (Martinstag) commemorates Sankt Martin (c. [masked]), Bishop of Tours, who, as a young soldier, tore his cloak in two to share it with a freezing beggar. Today in many parts of Europe including Germany Sankt Martin's Day is celebrated by processions of children with candle-lit lanterns.
However, there is no need to travel to Europe. You can experience one of our beloved German traditions right here in the Dallas area.
Join us for an afternoon full of fun and excitement. Your friends are welcome too.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
