 February Better Relationships Series

First Topic: Getting to the foundational core of our gender differences for better relationships

Kickoff with a Joint event with the Understanding Men Meetup Group  http://www.meetup.com/Understand-Men-Dallas/

Guest Speaker:  Calvin Edwards

How differences cause us to lose admiration, respect, and affinity for others

How gender instincts cause us to lose admiration, respect, and affinity for others

-What if there are 2 very unique ways of experiencing the world?

-What if these differences play into how we focus, how we notice everything around us and how we interact and respond to others each and every moment?

-Masculine/feminine instincts affect our day to day life in all of our interactions with the opposite and same sex. Understanding these instincts will not only help to illuminate how men and women approach specific situations (be it in the workplace, relationships, parenting, etc.) but also give you the power to transform your approach to these situations.

Please join our discussion in understanding and stopping that process that causes us to fall out of respect, admiration and/or affinity with people, organizations, and even our jobs.

About the weekly SELF in•Powerment Group at CSL

An in•Powering class/discussion group that meets each Friday night from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Each week we focus on some aspect of living life more in-Powered by:

Enhancing the connection to your Source of authentic power within

Transcending self-limiting beliefs and habits

Utilizing the Law of Attraction more effectively

Living life from a place of joy and inspiration

Having a more positive affect on the people we interact with

Utilizing complimentary content from a range of authors including current experts in the fields of: psychology, sociology, medicine, biology, and metaphysics including Abraham-Hicks. Along with original material developed by Rob Brite during his many years of teaching and personal coaching within the fields personal communications and self-empowerment.

The group is open to all. We meet each Friday night at the Dallas Center for Spiritual Living at 7:00. There is no cost or required pre-studying needed before attending the group. People are free to attend as their schedule permits. We usually meet in the classroom upstairs to the right. If we have a large group we sometimes meet downstairs.

Often, a sub group (open to all) will get together afterwards at a nearby restaurant to eat and further socialize.

I am interested in learning what has escaped me through experience. The interaction between men and women in an intelligent and comfortable approach is something that I am interested in.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
