Hi Leeza! Shamanism is a practice of spirits. With it, we can learn the tools of shamanism to help ourselves and others and gain knowledge. The great thing about Modern Shamanism is that you can learn how to be a shaman and have it be integrated into your life wherever you are. You don't have to leave your culture and adopt another culture in order to do the practice. Do you have any specific questions about shamanism or Modern Shamanism?
