A number of actual scientists take a tour of the 'Creation Museum' (the one with the animatronic dinosaurs playing with people, which is wrong on oh so many levels).

One makes a rather obvious observance:
---
Dr. Bengtson noted that to explain how the few species aboard the ark could have diversified to the multitude of animals alive today in only a few thousand years, the museum said simply, “God provided organisms with special tools to change rapidly.”

“Thus in one sentence they admit that evolution is real,” Dr. Bengtson said, “and that they have to invoke magic to explain how it works.”

BTW - a little bit of trivia (not from this article). God loves beetles (not the rock group) more than any other creation, as there are > 350,000 species of beetles.

God so loved the world that he gave his only Son ... and creating a whole lot of beetles!

But this Creation Museum isn't as American as you may think.

This from The Times of London . . .

Nearly a quarter of Londoners and one in seven people nationwide believe in creationism - the theory that life on earth was created by God and has always existed in its present form.

One in five Londoners had never even heard of Darwin and a similar number of adults in the north of England had no understanding of or had never heard of the term, “evolution”.

Would like to see the demographics on this study. I was born and raised in England and attended a State school. We definitely learned about Darwin and his theory in detail. Suspect that a good percentage that believe in creationism are probably immigrants and were not educated in Britain.

What's 'London'? Never heard of it!

Is it near Paris Texas - linked by the Super Conducting Collider tunnel?
