Cinco de Mayo Parade

It's time to represent at the biggest Cinco de Mayo event in Dallas!

Come march in the Cinco de Mayo Parade with your fellow Freethinking Humanists! This event is sponsored by the Hispanic Secular Humanists of North Texas and the Fellowship of Freethought and will be cross listed in all the DFW Coalition of Reason Groups!

Everyone who participates in the parade should wear the Mexican flag colors of red, white, and green. We will have a Jeep available for those who are unable to walk and still want to participate. More details about the festival at: http://www.dallascincodemayo.net/

NOTE: We will leave Fiesta Mart at 9:30 and head over to Jefferson @ Beckley to get in our spot for the Parade. 


 bus lines heading to the Parade's route can be caught at Union Station. 11, 19, and 21. (The Free Bus D-LINK 722 Starts running after the Parade has started)

The last Bus Getting you to the Parade's route will be the 11 Bus Line at 9:33 am.

    Last minute updates, You do not have to wear all 3 colors if need be you may wear 1 of the three colors. The DART Transit Directions are an option if you want to drive to the Parade and are getting there after 9:30am please park at the Dallas County Courthouse on 410 S. Beckley.

    That will be a block away from the start of the Parade route. You must be at the Parade line up at 10:30 am and registered with the Parade's staff.
