I was skeptical about the Bible and the existence of God as a child. I knew what they talked about in church wasn't the real world, as I knew it. Sometime in my teens I started to call myself an agnostic to avoid using the other "A" word. Eventually, I realized I was an atheist, and more recently I've decided not to keep quiet about why I am one.
After watching Hitchens, Dawkins, Harris and the "Atheist Experience" for years, I've wanted to speak with like-minded people. I look forward to meeting members of this group for some stimulating conversation.
