Imagine an interactive 3D for a new developing shopping center

The Alliance Town Center in Northwest Fort Worth is still developing. Imagine having a say in your own local shopping center. Imagine an interactive 3D that would allow you to place your favorite store(s) where ever you wanted. Retailer(s) could be encouraged to set up shop there. And not just retailer(s), but also entertainment spots. There are so many new experiences possible with game engines.

Love the idea! Now also imagine doing this (placing stores, virtually building and exploring the space to be developed) with something like the Oculus Rift virtual reality headset.

We've been playing with one of these on the innovation team where I do UX design. The possibilities for fully immersive, interactive experiences are awesome.

Imagine using a VR headset for display, and Kinect or Leap Motion as your input.
