    Hello.
Does anyone know if the city of Mesquite TX has changed it's rules to allow back yard chickens yet? Thank you

Unfortunately Mesquite does not allow chickens or fowl in residential. only zoned agricultural areas are allowed. Residents in Mesquite would need to pursue changing the city ordinance with thier elected city councilperson.
