I know of Polishfarm and also found this one: http://chickenvilleus...

Any other farms out there? Thanks!

Jacki,

Her birds are great! :) The stock is dwindling (of older pullets/hens), but they are getting new eggs in December. If you plan on raising the chicks on your own, then of course your options will be greater than mine.
With a toddler, small fuzzy chicks just aren't doable.

Jacki, call Poole feed in Wylie 972-442-4844. They have had the best pullets about. 4 to 5 months old about to lay and the nicest as far as no loose dropping(which could be due to worms or disease) . Where ever you find pullets make sure they have solid dropping. And bright eyes. You'll be off to a good start.

Cathy, this is "off topic", but it says you live in Allen. If that is correct, we'll need you to support an upcoming chalenge to the Allen City Codes to allow BYC on a normal size lot. It will most likely come before the city council in January, and writing a letter of support, showing up at the meeting, or even speaking in support will help. If you know of anyone else in Allen that could help, please enlist them.
