We're going to spend the day at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science learning about dinosaurs!
Their latest exhibit lets visitors explore and learn about the long-necked and long-tailed sauropods--including the exhibition centerpiece, a life-sized, fleshed-out model of a 60-foot- long, 11-foot-tall female Mamenchisaurus, known for its remarkable, 30-foot neck.
We will start our dinosaur journey by watching Dinosaurs: Giants of Patagonia 3D.
The film starts at 12:30pm. We will meet in the museum cafe at 11:45am to have snacks/lunch and wait for everyone to arrive and purchase tickets. After the movie we will go to the dinosaur exhibit and then explore the rest of the museum. Tickets can be purchased online or at the museum. Prices vary for those with a membership or without: https://emuseum.perotmuseum.org/Tickets.aspx
Kids will have fun and learn a lot at this field trip. May the Fourth be With You! Hope to see you there!
