Meditation instruction and questions (50 minutes) Tea break (20 minutes) Dharma talk and discussion (50 minutes) Details

This class will cover an introduction to the posture, breathing, and meditation technique.

We'll describe chair, cushion, and walking technique. You'll get a chance to try a short meditation session and ask questions. We conclude with a talk about the benefits of meditation and how you can develop a regular sitting practice at home.
