I have practiced meditation for 19years. There is nothing more enjoyable than talking with like-minded souls who are eager to learn more about this practice. Each of us can learn more and go deeper within our Higher Self through meditation.
For 15yrs I have studied & practiced Kriya Yoga Meditation brought to America in 1920 by, Paramhansa Yogananda. As Director of Ananda Center, it is my Joy to share meditation and gentle Ananda Yoga with others who are looking for Higher Awareness.
The group is a very helpful tool for those wanting to learn more about meditation and to learn about the different kinds of meditation in Dallas so they may find one that reasonates with them. It's Great!
