Re: [DallasMeditation] Meditation instruction - Thanissaro Bhikkhu [masked] No One Size Fits All)

This was a nice talk on how to be flexible in our approach on dealing with distraction during Vipassana  and gave many ways to deal with it. It was not really on different methods of meditation.  His instructions seem practical and effective.  I will be trying them to see which works best for me.  Each may work on a different day and on a different thought.  I will keep them all in mind.  I need to listen to it again!  Thank you!

Thanissaro Bhikkhu provides some very practical advice for meditation in this audio talk ([masked] No One Size Fits All).

He encourages us to be flexible in our approach. Instead of clinging to one single way of meditation, it is helpful to have different ways of meditation. This enables us to respond skillfully to a wide range of situations and mental states.

If you listen to this talk, share with us your reflections on his instructions.

Thank you.
