Fellow wizards of λ,

I'm a developer that's been doing Ruby & JavaScript for about 5 years at OrgSync, an awesome company that I helped bootstrap out of a house in Austin, TX while studying CS at UT. We moved to Dallas in 2010 and have since grown the company to about 46 awesome people. We have a really great subscription-based business model; directly serving as an internal toolset and community management system for over 350 colleges and universities (from small colleges to big names such as Stanford, Cornell and NYU) at a high annual renewal rate.

We have [slowly] grown our development team to 12 incredibly talented and driven people with a diversity of talents ranging from snap-drumming to mandolineering. We have a strong diversity of programming backgrounds, but we all really care about what we do and take our time to improve the code base as it grows. We open source a lot of our software, and we spend a lot of time improving the dev community by hosting the Dallas Node.js, Clojure, and Ruby meetups. We also have a really cool office complete with a kegerator, a gym and a shower.

Most of our stack is Rails, but we all know that it won't be forever, so we're looking for great all-around engineers to help us build out the future. And we're definitely looking for more frontend talent. Drop me a line if you'd like to learn more.
