Join us at Arbor Hills Nature Preserve in Plano, TX
on Sunday, April 27th from 2:00 til 4:00pm for our
Wild Edibles Identification Walk with Sonja Watt!

We'll be guiding two separate groups of 30 people each (more intimate than one larger group), and each walk will be two hours long, on the same day. This is the first walk of the day. Please be sure you know which one you're signed up for and arrive at Arbor Hills 10-15 minutes before your walk.

Sonja has much expertise in identifying nature's bounty of edible wild foods, which are rich in nutrition our bodies love. These are foods available to you in abundance for free! You will be empowered and liberated, and your outdoor walks will take on a new level of enjoyment and fun as you begin recognizing and enjoying edible plants most places you'll go!

Bring your own drinking water, and wear comfortable clothes and good shoes for dirt trail trekking.

Pre-registration ($10 per person) is required. Space is limited, so if you'd love attending, click below to reserve your spot now:

Sonja has much passion to share this information with our community. We have been interested in learning more about wild edibles (and empowering our community to know, as well) for a while, and Sonja will come as our teacher! We look forward to sharing this fun adventure with our Raw Food community!

    •  very informative, adventureous and fun! Even though we only touched on a few of the wildies I can see where this requires a different awareness. Thanks Brian & Courtney!
    •  I thoroughly enjoyed spending time immersed in nature learning about all the good stuff to eat we are continuously provided with! I am grateful Sonja was available and happy to share all her knowledge.
    •  Angelina 11yr old- I thought it was a wonderful experience. I loved learning a bunch of new foods to eat in the wild! My favorite food was the thorny thistle. I learned to peel the thorns off and they poked me a lot. But after all the poking it tasted wonderful. Iwould love to come back again! Keep sharing your knowledge!
    •  I now feel confident that if ever I was stranded in a park in Plano I would survive! ;) I learned lots of valuable information and ate some tasty wild food, another raw food success experience!
