Learn about solar power for homeowners

Solar Power for Homeowners
Learn about adding a solar energy power system to your home. Plano Solar Advocates' presentation will help demystify the process of getting a PV system installed on a homeowner's roof. And Chris Guldi will share the results of leasing a solar power system for her house. The price of solar energy has decreased a lot. Find out how easy it is to "go solar" and how much it can reduce your electricity bills.

Fair: I appreciated the focus on cost savings but wanted more on how to choose a system. So didn't actually "learn" about solar just about how it could save me money and decrease greenhouse gases. There are different manufacturers/technology but how does one know if they are getting the right one? Also

I love the thought of growing my own food. I enjoy seeing the trees and anything growing in to a healthy plant. I will be outside for long times just watching the different birds and all the squirrels play in the yard.
