• As a reminder the fruit comes in three edible stages: Green ripe, Fully ripe and Wrinkle ripe. All delicious for raw enjoyment. Jujubes are magnificent for eating de-hydrated all year till next harvest and to use in everyday cooking. Add chopped to your energy bars, quinoa, make medicinal syrups, eat fresh or dried for office snacks. This is your yearly chance of personally getting acquainted with one of the most healing and healthy fruits our Creator made for our enjoyment. Cured Jujube wood from branches and trunks will be available for wood workers with artistic tendencies. This wood is just as unusual as the fruit. Bring the family!
We except only CASH and checks and the proceeds go to God’s local ministries. Please bring your own containers, bags and GLOVES. Trees have thorns.
