Canning & Preserving Local Flavors
It is time to take on a new hobby, an extra household chore, but one that will leave you smacking your fingers and lips after a delicious local meal.
In our society, the day whizzes by full of errands, carpools, commutes, stopping for gas, stopping for a quick bite to eat, softball games, after-school activities, you name it someone’s probably busy doing it!
Take charge of your dinner table and put some hard work into little mason jars and enjoy the harvest for an extended amount of time.
