We moved to Dallas. Planted a garden and it died.... Help? I also feel like we are the only ones at the grocery store with canvas bags. Where are you guys?
water wise gardening, sustainable life, green architecture and design.
I've sprouted tomatoes for this spring
I would like more discussion on line. When do you plant what in Dallas? What's your watering system, amount and schedule? How do I not have bitter carrots?
I love the idea of us being one stronger unit but I'm worried that our goal of first working with our middle schools would be difficult to manage and have discussions if we belong to separate middle schools. Of course we could certainly partner up for BA discussions, initiatives and activities. Would love your thoughts?
Also Dawn something we might start thinking about as this thing is spreading pretty quick is that maybe it would be smarter and more effective to form two chapters of the Project - one for the Gaston feeders and one for the Hill feeders. We could duplicate the setup I've done for HILL-BA for a GASTON-BA or whatever we want to call it. And honestly, all I've done thus far is set up the Meetup Page and posted those two events. Next steps would be to have a first meeting & set some goals?
Hi Dawn and thanks for joining. In putting it together I did have a thought to include Gaston and it's feeders as well as we're all working towards the same goal but just thought starting out to not try to be too ambitious at first if we have a good response but please join and be part and maybe we can expand it later.
I, too love to collaborate. What kind of art do you do. I'm looking for an illustrator for a childre's book I wrote. Also, we, in DANG, have had some really good collaborations., Can you come to the next DANG Northwest meeting in Denton: 3:30, Nov. 13th, Saturday at "A Creative Art Studio. We'll havee a short DANG meeting and then there is a gallery part for new show. Call me if any of this interests you. [masked] or e-mail me at: [masked].
Best to you, Lynn Weiss
Hi Dawn, looking forward to hearing more about your paintings, etc.
