did anyone happen to find a pair of generic, plain black sunglasses that evening? i keep leaving stuff behind.. :-(

Me, Sarah and Erwin were the last people to leave, did not see any sunglasses
Some people were just too good... So they stuck to their own group.. Rather than mixing it up

I wasn't there but I noticed under 'Info' the level of this meetup group is Intermediate/Advance. If you are a beginner, you may enjoy the Saturday and Sunday meetup group at JJ Pearce instead. The level of play is beginner 2.0 - 4.5 there. :-)

Yes I do enjoy the Saturday meet up. Been once, but enjoyed a lot because everyone mixes up. I used to play singles varsity tennis in high school. I havent played in over 5 years so im extremly rusty.
Zahra, I'll hit with you next time I see you. Just dont throw balls at me when I'm not looking lol.
haha im sorry that kept happening... its fine though you have amazing dodging skills lol
Zahra that is what scarred me at Nimitz group, I think I might have to take lessons from you for next Saturday meetup.
I'm pretty ninja! Lol. I wish it was better tennis skills though :). I like the courts at Nimitz, can't wait to play there again.
sorry, zahra, you're right, we should have mixed it up better towards the end. i was getting in 10 minutes of rallies before leaving, when you asked us to mix up. will definitely play with you next time and don't worry that you haven't played in a while - we all had to learn sometime (and we're still learning!)

Sorry I missed it as had flat tire
The gates were locked I heard (Mike called me)... I called Pearl, who called security, and they are going to unlock the gates... hope it's not too late...
Hey Zahra! There's 11 of us here! See you soon
anybody there yet?

Torn Rotator cuff still mending...
The Nimitz Meetup was suggested by Pearl. She is in contact with security to make sure the gates are unlocked. Should there be any problems, the backup location will be North Lake College. But it has been confirmed that the gates will be unlocked at 7:00p.
Does anyone have an extra tennis racket?
hi sarah, i have one and you're welcome to use it. :-)
Mark and BJ from SGPHS will be joining us. Both 4.0+ players

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
