Take the DART Train to Downtown Dallas

  • We will be on the train platform
  • Let's take the DART train to Downtown Dallas and do some urban exploring! The DART Red Line heads South from the George Bush Turnpike Station at 8:53 a.m. on the weekend. We can get off the train at any of the Downtown stops and explore, then head up to the top of Reunion Tower to see the city. We can be back at George Bush train station by noon.

    Wear comfortable clothes, especially comfortable shoes that can get wet.
    Be prepared for rain; thunderstorms are forecast.
    Bring water.
    Arrive early enough to buy a train ticket at the station.

      It depends on the weather. We could get off at the Pearl Street Station (about 9:27) or continue all the way to Union Station 15 minutes later.
