    We r progressing by the day..lets keep it up.Todays walk was mostly on flat ground.Didnt feel the 'ouch' in my calves.Good idea to mix the routine of the walks

    WOW! 6.50 miles today. Non strenuos walk. Only one (major) set of steps up to Lantern Bay park. The rest was downhill, level and leisurely. It's nice to alternate some 3-4 mile days with more on other days to mix it up...
