We have all different levels of pace.We all started slow. Be patient and you can achieve your GOAL.
We have done 3 ml, 4 ml and even 5 ml walks. Its PERSISTENCE that will get U to achieving new levels.
Please dress appropriately and have comfortable walking shoes.Bring water/hat . Do update your RSVP if you plan on not attending. Please email me or text your contact so I can reach you in case of an emergency.
