The objective of the Danbury Argentine Tango Enthusiasts meetup group is to bring together persons from the greater Danbury, and adjoining New York areas, who are genuinely interested in Argentine Tango dance and music, and who would like to meet other persons who share this interest and passion, for practice, lessons and Milongas (Tango socials). Novices as well as experienced dancers are welcome to join. We will organize Milongas and practice sessions regularly, and hope to have renowned Tango teachers and dancers hold workshops, special lessons and demos, in a fun, friendly and inclusive environment. We will meet at a dance studio on Main Street in Danbury CT.

First we'll enjoy a sumptions dinner at Casa Portuguesa, famous for their sea food at extremely reasonable prices!! Their wine list is not the best, but I will try and organize some good Malbec to make the atmosphere authentic. Read more
