Why not Dance your way to a healthy lifestyle and sexy body all the while having fun dancing to World Music, African Beats, House, Zouk, Compas, Reggae, Soca, Merengue, Calypso and a lil R& B ....We combine moves from all genre and incorporate the 7 most effective exercises to slim down, get the heart moving, and get closer to that six pack....All levels are welcome and encouraged..you will not be lost and its all in good fun!!! It's every wednesday , $5 each if you bring a friend and $7 if you pay in advance, $10 at the door. This is a good activity to enhance any relationship: lover, family, friend, coworker, Class mates, church member, neighbor, girlfriends, homeboys, homey, college mates, for All Ages, All Levels, All backgrounds and ethnicities .....you get the picture!
We begin with our Dance Warm up-where you begin to learn the basics that are important to learning combinations later in the class as well as isolation of the body-lasting for 30 mins.
