DOGA Ecstatic Dance: inspired live music, gong bath, meditation, tribal community, sacred vision, healing and joining...

We've been co-creating inspiring, heartful gatherings for four years or more and we'd love you to join us! We meet every month and spontaneously create intuitive magic with a different theme in our awareness, such as gratitude for the earth, our bodies, our interconnectedness to all things.

We generate joyful energy with conscious intent: to recognise our authentic power to "be the change we wish to see in the world" and to move more deeply into a spirit of unity and appreciation for life's richness.

Doga is a not -for-profit, open minded, spiritually enthusiastic community building event for people of all backgrounds, ages and abilites. After the workshop we share natural high vibration vegetarian food (you are invited to bring something to share, but this is competely optional!)

The music is all acoustic, and includes superb drumming and other instruments (bansuri - Indian flute, didgeridoo, solfeggio chimes and singing bowls etc).

DOGA is a weave of different elements, often with some sharing, a meditation journey, drawing and painting, ceremony and invocation woven lightly together into the dance. Check out the meditations, which are created especially for DOGA (go to More/files at the top of the Meetup page).
